Your jquery ui library version is to old to use wysiwyg_imageupload. You need at least 1.7.x and you are currently running 1.6 Please read this howto on how to fix this.

Fire Fighter Specialist Quinones joined the Los Angeles County Fire Department on August 6, 1998, as a member of the department’s call fire fighter program. Fire Fighter Specialist Quinones is survived by his wife Loressa, who is expecting their first child within the next several weeks, his mother Sonia Del Valle, his brother Ozzie Quinones Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews.
